摘　　要：在分析青海省特色产业链信息化现状的基础上,提出欠发达地区特色产业链与"互联网+"深度融合的路径——"四位一体"(知识共享平台、大数据服务平台、网络销售平台和物流信息平台4个平台共同支持特色产业链)的新型信息化模式,并提出具体实施措施。The lntemet has entered all fields of modem society. It is penetrating into traditional industries. The paper analyzes current informatization situation of characteristic industrial chains in Qinghai province, and designs the path of implementing ＂Intemet Plus＂ action, which are the ＂four in one＂ informatization mode of these industries chains and some specific measures. Here ＂four in one＂ means four platforms （knowledge sharing platform, big data service platform, online sales platform, logistics information platform） to support these industries chains. The paper provides reference for the construction and development strategies of characteristic industrial chains in less developed areas on the background of＂Intemet Plus＂.
