摘　　要：目的通过分析2006—2016年空军总医院住院飞行人员恶性肿瘤的资料,为飞行人员的恶性肿瘤防治提供参考依据。方法利用国际疾病分类法(ICD-10),对2006—2016年到我院住院治疗出院的飞行人员恶性肿瘤患者资料进行统计分析。结果 2006—2016年,我院飞行人员恶性肿瘤48例,发病率呈逐年上升趋势,发病年龄呈年轻化趋势,全部为男性患者,年龄22~52岁,中位年龄42岁,恶性肿瘤的构成顺位是:甲状腺癌、直肠癌、肾癌、肺癌、胃癌、结肠癌等,占总恶性肿瘤病例78.8%。结论我院飞行人员恶性肿瘤患者呈逐年增长的趋势,恶性肿瘤谱存在性别、年龄差异,了解恶性肿瘤谱的变化情况有利于提高飞行人员恶性肿瘤的防治水平。Objective To analyze the data of malignant tumors of flying personnel treated in our hospital between 2006 and 2016 and to provide reference for the prevention and treatment of malignant tumors in flying personnel. Methods By using ICD-10,the data of malignant tumors of flying personnel admitted to our hospital between 2006 and 2016 was analyzed. Results From 2006 to 2016, there were 48 cases of malignant tumors in flying personnel treated in our hospital. The incidence was increasing each year. The patients diagnosed with malignant tumors tended to be young. The age of male patients ranged from 22 to 52 and the median age was 42 years old. The most prevalent malignant tumor among these flying personnel was thyroid cancer, followed by rectal cancer, kidney cancer, lung cancer, stomach cancer and colon cancer, accounting for 78.8% of the total cases of malignant tumors. Conclusion The number of malignant tumor inpatients from flying personnel treated in our hospital tends to increase year by year. The disease spectrum of malignant tumor inpatients has changed,and there is difference in gender and age. A good knowledge of the changes of tumor spectrum can help to improve the level of prevention and control of cancer among flying personnel.
