精准扶贫视角下湘西州乡村体育教师继续教育扶持多维度分析

摘　　要：运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、实地访谈法、数理统计法,对湘西州乡村体育教师继续教育现状进行了解,分析乡村体育教师的培训需求和实现困境,结合我国相关政策及湘西州实际情况,从精准扶贫视角提出以下措施:加强经费、制度保障;提高乡村体育教师认识;增强学校领导的重视程度;优化内容,创新途径,整合师资队伍;管理专业化,精准培训考核制度;实施置换培训,弹性安排教师时间;加强对口扶贫;利用湘西州"国培计划"带动其发展。Using the method of literature, questionnaire, interview, mathematical statistics, the PE teachers in Xiangxi to understand the education status, analysis of rural sports teachers＇ training needs and implementation difficulties, combined with the actual situation of China Is relevant policies and the state of Xiangxi, from the perspective of precise poverty alleviation funds and put forward specific measures： strengthen system security; improve teachers＂ understanding of rural sports; strengthen the importance of school leadership; optimize the content, innovative ways, and integration of teachers; professional management, accurate training assessment system; the implementation of replacement training, flexible arrangements continue to strengthen their counterparts in teacher＇s time; poverty alleviation; utilization of Xiangxi ＂national training plan＂ to drive Continuing education development.
