摘 要:运用Moldflow软件,结合Taguchi方法,分析在注塑过程中模具温度、熔体温度、保压压力、保压时间对汽车长饰条变形量的影响。通过四因素三水平的正交试验,得出模具温度为70、熔体温度为260、保压压力为注射压力的80%、保压时间为10s是最佳注射工艺参数。优化后翘曲变形量为1.214mm,比优化前降低了37个百分点。经过试模,得到了高达93%以上的尺寸合格率。The simulation of injection molding for the auto deco trim of automobile was per- formed based on analytical software Moldflow with Taguchi method. The effects of melt temperature, mould temperature, packing pressure and packing time on the warpage of the deco trim were analyzed. Using the orthogonal test of 4 factors/3 levels, the best process parameters are obtained as follows, mould temperature is 70 ℃ ,melt temperature is 260 ℃, packing pressure is the 80% of injection pressure, and the packing time is 10 s. After the optimization the warpage is 1. 214 mm, which is reduced by 37 percentage points. After mould trial, the pass rate of part size can reach 93%.
