摘  要:针对变薄拉深凹模设计参数半模角,结合生产实践及工艺试验,阐述了不同半模角对制品力学性能的影响。试验表明,半模角每增大1°,制品的抗拉强度增大近6MPa。同时,结合工艺试制,叙述了在小模角条件下,其对凹模强度等的影响。生产实践表明,小模角的应用可以提高加工率、减少拉深次数、缩短制造周期、降低生产成本、增强竞争力和提高经济效益。Effect of the design parameters of the ironing semiangle on the mechanical property of products is identified through the combination of production practice and process test in this study. The test results indicate that when the semiangle increases 1°, tensile strength of the product is improved by 6 MPa. Meanwhile, the influence of semiangle on strength of dies in the condition of small die angle is examined via a series of technological tests. The production practice reveals that the application of small die angle can improve the working rate, shorten the manufacturing cycle, reduce production cost, improve product competitiveness and enhance economic performance.
