摘  要:目的:分析体检偏头痛患者食物不耐受检测结果。方法:参与体检的519名偏头痛患者及对照组462人进行14种食物不耐受检测,通过酶联免疫法检测血清14种食物抗原的IgG抗体,根据吸光度及标准曲线计算IgG抗体浓度,并进行分级。结果:偏头痛组食物特异性IgG抗体阳性率(58.6%)高于对照组(21.2%);偏头痛组食物特异性IgG抗体阳性率位于前7位的食物分别为:鸡蛋、牛奶、鳕鱼、虾、牛肉、大豆、小麦,这7种食物特异性IgG抗体阳性率偏头痛组大于对照组;女性偏头痛者食物特异性IgG抗体总阳性率及40岁以下年龄组阳性率高于男性,女性随年龄段增加阳性率下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:食物不耐受检测对偏头痛研究有重要意义,是健康管理工作的重点。Objective: To analyze food intolerance of migraine patients from medical examination. Methods: The level of food specific IgG antibodies in serum from 519 migraine patients and 462 controls were detected by enzymelinked immunoassay. Results: The food specific IgG antibodies positive rate of migraine patients was significantly higher than that of the control group.( 21. 2%); The top seven foods with positive specific IgG antibody in Migraine food group were: eggs,Cow's milk,codfish,shrimp,beef,beans,wheat,which were higher than those of the control group; Among the migraine patients,the positive rates of food specific IgG antibodies of the female and those younger than 40 years-old were higher than the rates of the control group,the rate of female migraine patients declined with age increasing,the difference was statistically significant( P 0. 05). Conclusion: Food intolerance has important implications for researches on migraine and plays an important role in management of the health.
