摘 要:对应急物流快速运输路径规划问题研究,能有效提高物流传输效率。对物流运输路径的规划,需要获取物流路径间的关联性和特性参数,求取物流路径规划值,完成应急物流运输路径的规划。传统方法对应急物流快速传输路径的尾端数据进行改进,但忽略了求取物流路径规划值,导致规划效果不理想。提出基于模糊综合评价法的应急物流快速传输路径规划方法。首先根据单相物流路径和复合物流路径间关联性的不同,通过模糊影响图法在模糊综合评价法的基础上进行改进,对智能网络复合物流路径进行规划。模糊影响图法将复合物流路径组成有向闭环图形,获取物流路径间的关联性和特性参数,构造概率矩阵,概率矩阵中的最大解即为物流路径规划值,最终完成应急物流快速传输路径的规划。实验结果表明,所提方法整体规划水平较高,拥有较快的计算速度。A route planning method of fast transmission of emergency logistics is proposed based on fuzzy compre- hensive evaluation. Firstly, improvement on basis of the evaluation method is carried out via fuzzy influence diagram according to different relevance of single phase and recombination logistics path, and then the recombination logistics path of intelligent network is programmed. Moreover, fuzzy effect drawing is used to make recombination logistics route as directed closed cycle diagram, and relevance and feature parameter among logistics path are acquired. The probability matrix is built, and the maximal solution of the matrix is planning value of logistics route. Finally, the planning of fast transmission route is completed. Simulation results show that the method has high total planning level and owns fast computation.
