摘　　要："本科毕业论文存废之争"已历经15年之久,重回该议题,不是讨论是否存废,而是如何进行改革的问题。本科毕业论文改革的目标应该是坚持大学生的可行能力发展,坚持可行能力发展理论的指导作用,并将其作为地方院校本科毕业论文多元化改革的伦理价值目标;地方院校本科毕业论文的考核评价体系应该从传统的创新能力的职业胜任素质培养,走向个体卓越人生追求的完满实现,这也恰恰与可行能力发展的伦理目标相一致,把学生真正作为发展的目的,而不仅仅是社会发展所需要的工具;地方院校本科毕业论文实施多元化改革为路径选择,以实践途径为方式,拓展大学生学业生涯的人际关系网络,为大学生未来职业发展和社会适应提供更好的衔接途径,实现大学生进入社会的可持续发展的需要,彰显高等教育的意义和价值。The debate over whether cancelling undergraduate thesis or not has been going on for 15 years.It is not the question of whether to cancel it or not but how to carry out the reform when we return to the topic. The goal of undergraduate thesis reform should take adhering to the university students＇ practical ability development as the primary task,persisting in the guiding role of the theory of feasible ability develop- ment, and taking it as the ethical value target of the pluralistic reform of undergraduate thesis of local universities. The assessment and evaluation system of undergraduate thesis in local universities should be developed from the professional competence of the traditional creative ability to the realization of the pursuit of individual excellence in life, which is precisely consistent with the pursuit of the ability to achieve the ethical objec- fives of development, really taking students as the purpose of development, not just the tools needed for social development. Local universities should implement pluralistic reform in graduation thesis in a practical way to expand the interpersonal network of college students＇ academic carcer.In doing se,it can provide a better way for their future career development and social adaptation so as to realize the sustainable develop- ment of eollego students after entering society and highlight the significance and value of higher education.
