德江楠杆自然保护区两栖动物资源调查

摘　　要：为掌握德江楠杆自然保护区两栖动物资源现状,促进自然保护区的有效管理和建设,笔者于2016年5月对该保护区两栖动物资源进行了实地调查。结果显示,该保护区现有两栖动物共17种,隶属2目8科12属。其中,国家二级保护动物一种,《IUCN物种红色名录》中极危(CR)物种2种,中国特有种7种。其动物区系以华中华南区种占明显优势。保护区内物种较少,各物种种群数量也较小,以陆栖-静水型占明显优势。运用G-F指数测度楠杆自然保护区两栖动物科属水平多样性。结果显示,保护区内两栖动物的科间和科内多样性较低,属间与属内多样性相对较高。针对楠杆保护区现状,对其两栖动物保护与管理提出了建议。Field survey on amphibian resources was carried out at Langan Nature Reserve, Dejiang, Guizhou . From May 21 to June 4,2016,there are 17 amphibian species,belonging to 12 genera,8 families and 2 orders. Central and South China species element is dorminant in Langan Nature Reserve. The diversity of amphibian species and populations are poor. Based on the main habitat of adult, tadpoles and the state of waters there are 7 types and terrestrial ＆ quiet - water type is the majority. Using G - F index to measure the genus level of Langan Nature Reserve, we found that DG index is higher than Dr index. And some protective measures were suggested.
