摘　　要：半导体激光器是光纤通信用的主要光源,由于光纤通信系统具有不同的应用层次和结构,因而需要不同类型的半导体激光器。文章根据目前光纤通信系统的发展趋势,介绍几种典型的光纤通信用半导体激光器件———法布里-珀罗激光器、分布反馈半导体激光器、电吸收型调制器集成光源、波长可选择光源、垂直腔面发射激光器的特点和发展方向。The semiconductor Laser is a prime light source of fiber communication. A variety of semiconductor lasers are used to meet the requirements of different fiber communication systems that have various application layers and architectures. In this paper, the development trends of optical fiber communications are outlined, and the characteristics and development of several typical light sources, such as FP-LD, DFB-LD, DFB-LD/EA modulator integrated light source, DBR-LD and VCSEL, are discussed.
