摘 要:以某装甲车辆为例,进行了动力传动总成热平衡台架试验,结果表明:相同挡位时,随着发动机转速的提高,发动机出水温度随之降低;变速器3挡时,液力变矩器为液力工况,动力传动总成生热量较大,发动机出水温度和排气百叶窗出气温度明显高于4挡、5挡.台架试验与整车道路试验相比,前者试验条件、试验工况更加严苛,但是两者数据的一致性证明台架试验方案合理可行.Heat balance bench test of one military vehicle power transmission assembly was performed.The test data shows that the outlet engine water temperature declines with engine speed increasing at the same transmission gear; the outlet engine water temperature and outlet exhaust-grille air temperature under the condition of transmission third gear are higher than those under transmission fourth and fifth gear,because the hydraulic converter is unlocked and the heat rejection of power transmission assembly is bigger. The bench test is consistent with the results of the road test,although the bench test operation condition is more harsh than that of the road test. The test results show that heat balance bench test of the military vehicle power transmission assembly is reasonable and feasible.
