摘　　要：永清秸秆扎刻是廊坊非物质文化遗产的代表性项目之一,具有较高的科学研究价值和艺术价值。但由于经济效益低、后继人才匮乏、地方财政资助难以到位、相关立法保护缺失等因素,以秸秆扎刻为代表的一批非物质文化遗产面临传承困境和发展危机。因此,我们认为应该从地方政府精准扶持和全面扶持、适度产业化开发、传统技艺进课堂、全方位宣传和推广、完善相关立法等方面推动廊坊非物质文化遗产的保护和传承工作。Yongqing straw binding is one of the representative projects of Langfang intangible cultural heritage, and it has high scientific research value and artistic value. However, due to the low economic efficiency; lack of successors, lack of local financial support,and lack of relevant legislation, a number of intangible cultural heritage represented by straws binding are facing inheritance predicament and development crisis. Therefore, we believe that the protection and inheritance of intangible cultural heritage in Langfang should be promoted from the following aspects： precise support and full support from local governments, moderate industrial development, traditional skills into the classroom, all-round publicity and promotion, and improvement of relevant legislation.
