摘 要:研究了汽车侧翻影响因素对其侧翻的影响程度,应用ADAMS/Car模块建立汽车侧翻的动力学模型,基于ADAMS的仿真原理,对影响汽车侧翻的因素:速度、弯道半径、路面附着系数和质心高度进行分析,获得了各因素对汽车侧翻影响的趋势.应用正交试验法,以轮胎横向荷载转移率的最大值作为侧翻风险的评价指标,对汽车侧翻因素的影响程度进行分析.研究表明所研究的四个主要因素的影响程度由大到小依次为弯道半径、车速、质心高度、数路面附着系数,为提高公路运输安全,提供了很有参考价值的理论数据.In order to study the influence of rollover risk factors on vehicle rollover, a dynamic model of vehicle rollover was established in the ADAMS/Car module, and the simulations of rollover were performed with differ- ent conditions under the environment of ADAMS. The thesis analyzed the conditions causing the rollover, i. e. driving speed, curve radius, road adhesion coefficient and mass center of height. The influence trends of each factor on vehicle rollover were obtained. By using the orthogonal experiment method with the risk index of the maximum tire lateral load transfer rate, rollover risk factors were evaluated, and their impact degrees on the vehicle rollover were obtained. The impact degrees on the rollover are curve radius, driving speed, mass center of height and road adhesion coefficient in descending order, which provided some valuable data for the vehicle safety .
