摘 要:目的探讨在护理本科生中开设生殖医学课程的效果。方法开设16学时的生殖医学课程,分为6个专题展开,采用课堂讲授、学生小讲课、情景剧表演和辩论赛等多种形式对2014级628名护理本科生进行教学。以学生成绩和教学前后问卷调查对生殖医学课程设置和实践进行评价。结果学生总成绩为76~92(84.78±6.43)分。学习生殖医学课程后,学生对健康生殖理念和生殖医学的关注度、重要性、了解程度、必要性等认识均有所提高,对生殖医学课程的内容设置、教学方法、考核形式等均比较满意。结论学生通过学习生殖医学课程,提升了健康生殖理念,增加了对生殖医学和护理相关知识和技能的掌握度,多种教学模式的融合提高了学生的学习主动性。Objective To explore the effects of Reproductive Medicine setting for undergraduate nursing students. Methods The new course was implemented in 628 undergraduate nursing students. The teaching was carried out by lectures,student's lecture,role play and debates. The examination score and the results of questionnaire survey were compared to evaluate the effects of the new course. Results The students' score range was 76-92 (84.78±6.43). When the course was completed,students' awareness of the importance,the concept,degree of understanding of reproductive health and reproductive medicine was improved. Almost all students were satisfied with the setting, teaching method,and the examination form. Conclusion The courses increased students' concept of reproductive health,knowledge and skills related to reproductive medicine. The different kinds of teaching methods improved the students' learning initiative.
