摘　　要：满足人民群众对日益增长的电梯安全及舒适性要求,需要先进的技术手段和管理模式方法来提高电梯安全管理工作效率。本文通过分析某市某年度的12315投诉热线中关于电梯投诉数据,分别用ABC法和改进ABC法进行分析,得出电梯投诉中最关心和比较集中的问题,作为电梯安全监察部门的决策依据,以及北京市电梯信息建设底层设计的依据。In order to meet the people＇s increasing safety and comfort requirements, advanced technical means and management methods are needed to improve the efficiency of elevator safety management. In this paper, the elevator complaint data of 12315 complaint hotline in a certain year of a city has been analyzed with the ABC method and the improved ABC method respectively, and the most concerned and concentrated problem in the elevator complaint has been obtained also. The conclusion will be helpful to the elevator safety supervision department decision-making, as well as the design of Beijing elevator information construction.
