高强度聚焦超声消融治疗对子宫肌瘤患者内分泌水平及围绝经期相关症状的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨高强度聚焦超声消融治疗对子宫肌瘤患者内分泌水平及围绝经期相关症状的影响。方法于2014年1月至2016年10月在佛山市妇幼保健院随机选取77例围绝经期子宫肌瘤患者行高强度聚焦超声消融治疗,对比分析患者治疗前后的性激素水平及其相关临床症状。结果子宫肌瘤患者治疗前与治疗6个月后的血清促卵泡激素及血清雌二醇水平均无明显差异(t值分别为0.46、0.23,均P>0.05);而患者治疗6个月后的改良Kupperman总评分明显低于治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(t=4.55,P<0.05)。结论高强度聚焦超声消融治疗围绝经期子宫肌瘤患者的疗效显著,可以有效改善围绝经期相关症状,且对患者的内分泌功能无明显影响,安全性较高。Objective To observe the effects of high intensity focused ultrasound ablation（ HIFUA） on endocrine levels of patients with uterine fibroids and perimenopausal related symptoms. Methods From January 2014 to October 2016,77 cases of perimenopausal patients with uterine fibroids were randomly selected from Foshan Maternal and Child Health Hospital for HIFUA. The sex hormones and perimenopausal related symptoms were analyzed before and after treatment. Results There were no significant differences in serum folliclestimulating hormone and serum estradiol level before and 6 months after treatment（ t value was 0. 46 and 0. 23,respectively,both P 0. 05）. But the improved Kupperman scores after 6-month treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the difference was significant（ t = 4. 55,P 0. 05）. Conclusion HIFUA can obtain remarkable curative effect on perimenopausal patients with uterine fibroids and improve the perimenopausal related symptoms effectively. It is safety and has no significant influence on the endocrine function of patients.
