摘　　要：动态联盟是企业为了快速响应出现或根据预测即将出现的市场机遇而联合其它企业组成的利益共同体 ,是实现全球化敏捷生产的主要方式 ;敏捷供应链系统 (ASCMS)是依据动态联盟运行的条件所设计的 ,具有分布、可重构、支持异构等特点。敏捷供应链系统使企业能够快速的适应市场竞争环境的变化 ,在动态联盟中获得最大的相互利益 ,是支持动态联盟优化运行的重要使能技术。Virtual Enterprise is a common profit organization of several enterprises cooperating for quick response to a market chance and a foreseen market chance, and it is the important form of agile manufacture; Agile Supply Chain Management System(ASCMS) is set up according as the qualification of Virtual enterprise running, and it have some characteristic, for example distribution, reconfiguration. The ASCMS make enterprise in the Virtual enterprise quickly adapt to change competition environment and gain the best profit each other. The ASCMS is an important enabling technology for supporting business operation of a virtual enterprise.
