摘　　要：外语教育政策的价值定位是中国外语教育政策研究的核心命题,亟待深入研究。在"全球化3.0"时代,中国外语教育政策面临工具价值异化、融合价值模糊、安全价值和公平价值缺失等价值困境。本文提出应将外语作为重要的语言资源,全面考虑中国外语教育政策的价值定位体系,构建中国外语教育政策多元互补的战略价值取向。Value orientation as a core issue in the studies of foreign language education policy(FLEP)in China calls for in-depth explorations.In the era of Globalization 3.0,FLEP in China has witnessed value dilemmas in its value orientations in four aspects.This paper proposes to view foreign languages as essential language resources,take the value orientation system into careful account and construct strategic orientations with multiple and complementary values for FLEP.
