摘　　要：目的通过检测真核细胞起始因子4E(eIF4E)、基质金属蛋白酶7(MMP-7)在胃癌中的表达,探讨其在胃癌侵袭和转移过程中的作用。方法选择重庆市中医院和重庆市第五人民医院的58例胃癌手术标本设为观察组,另选取通过胃镜取材的正常胃黏膜组织25例设为常规组。应用免疫组化SP法检测eIF4E、MMP-7蛋白的表达,并分析其在肿瘤侵袭转移中作用。结果 elF4E、MMP-7蛋白阳性表达率高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组中淋巴结转移患者的eIF4E、MMP-7阳性表达率均高于淋巴结未转移患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。elF4E、MMP-7的阳性表达率与肿瘤的浸润深度、肿瘤分化程度及临床分期呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 eIF4E、MMP-7蛋白在胃癌组织的表达与胃癌的侵袭转移能力有关,可作为胃癌侵袭转移的生物学标志之一,有助于判断胃癌恶性程度、评估侵袭能力,为胃癌预后的判断和进一步治疗提供依据。Objective To investigate the expression of eukaryotic initiation factor 4E（eIF4E） and matrix metalloproteinase-7（MMP-7） of gastric cancer tissues and the mechanism of eIF4E and MMP-7 on the of invasion and metastasis of gastric carcinoma.Methods Atotal of 58 specimens of gastric cancer were divided into the observation group,and 25 specimens of normal gastric tissues were divided into the conventional group.Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expressions of eIF4E and MMP-7 and investigate the role in tumor invasion and metastasis.Results The protein positive expression rate of elF4E and MMP-7 in the observation group was higher than that in the conventional group（P0.05）.The positive expression rate of elF4E and MMP-7 was positively correlated with tumor infiltration depth,lymphatic metastasis,tumor differentiation and clinical staging（P0.05）.The expressions of elF4E and MMP-7 were positively correlated（P0.05）.Conclusion Expressions of eIF4E and MMP-7 are closely correlated with the invasion and metastasis of gastric carcinoma,eIF4E and MMP-7 as a biological marker is helpful to evaluate the malignant degree of gastric cancer and assess the invasion ability,and provide the basis for the prognosis analysis and further treatment of gastric cancer.
