摘　　要：高等院校固定资产管理比较滞后,本文针对高等院校固定资产管理现状进行了剖析,研究其存在的主要问题,提出了相应对策,以促进高等院校固定资产的科学管理,使高等院校固定资产能够更好地为教学、科研、办公和大学生活动等提供优质的服务。The management of fixed assets in higher education institutions lag behind the overall development of the institutions. The paper analyzes the present situation of fixed assets management in those colleges and universities, focusing on the problems. Based on the analysis, the paper puts forth some countermeasures to promote the scientific development of their management so as to help fixed assets play a better role in offering services to education, scientific research, administration and students＇ activities.
