摘  要:为测定氟吗啉原药对大鼠的急性吸入毒性,求出半数致死浓度(LC50),同时为亚慢性和其他毒理学研究中接触剂量的选择提供依据,参照《农药登记毒理学试验方法》,以中华人民共和国国家标准(GB15670-1995)为准则,用SD(Sprague Dawley)大鼠作为试验动物,对氟吗啉原药进行了急性吸入毒性试验。结果表明:氟吗啉原药对SD雌雄大鼠急性吸入毒性试验LC50均大于2093±30mg/m^3。根据GB15670-1995《农药登记毒理学试验方法》大鼠急性吸入毒性分类标准,氟吗啉原药大鼠急性吸入毒性为低毒,该结论可为安全使用提供依据。[Aims] To determine acute inhalation toxicity test of Flumorph Technical on rat, this paper obtained the median lethal concentration (LC50) and provided evidence for the selection of exposure dose for sub--ehronical study. [Methods] The method was designed to meet the pesticide registration toxicology test method from the national standard of the People's Republic of China (GB15670-1995), The study was performed to assess the potential for acute inhalation toxicity of the Flumorph Technical in SD rats. [Results]The acute inhalation LC50 of SD male and female rats for Flumorph Technical was more than 2093 ± 80 mg/m^3. [Conclusions] According to GB15670-1995 pesticide registration toxicological test methods of Rat Acute Inhalation Toxicity Classification Standards, Fluorine morpholine reversed phased rat acute inhalation toxicity is low toxicity. The conclusions provide the basis for safe use.
