摘 要:采用X射线荧光光谱法建立了化妆品中铅、砷、汞、锑、铬、镉、锡、镍、铜、钛、铋、锌、铁、金、钒15种重金属的快速检测方法,研究了乳液、霜及粉底对待测元素基体的影响,研究了元素间的干扰,考察了测量模式、测试时间和样品厚度对测量结果的影响。根据化妆品中每种元素的校正曲线,修改仪器内置的校正曲线系数,建立了化妆品模式,方法线性范围4~2000 mg/kg,回收率在82.6%~106.9%之间,检出限在2~12 mg/kg之间。用该方法对市售106个样品进行了检测,并与电杆耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-AES)结果进行了比较。方法无需标准样品,无需前处理,快速得出检测结果(3 min),线性范围宽,可用于现场检测。A method for rapid screening of 15 heavy metals,Pb,As,Hg,Sb,Cr,Cd,Sn,Ni,Cu,Ti,Bi,Zn,Fe,Au,and V in cosmetics by X-ray fluorescence spectrometry was developed. Different matrix effect,coexist element interference,detection mode and detection time were studied in this paper. Cosmetic mode was developed by modifying parameters of portable X-ray fluorescence spectrometry instrument according to the calibration of 15 heavy metals. The linear range was 4 -2000 mg/kg. The range of average recoveries and detection limits were 82. 6% - 106. 9% and 2 -12 mg/kg,respectively. 106 cosmetic samples were detected,and the results,compared with those of ICP-AES,were satisfied. This paper indicated that the method can be used on-site detection without pretreatment,and it is simple,convenient,rapid( 3 min) and with wide linearity range.
