海陆一体化格局下我国海洋经济与环境协调发展研究

摘　　要：随着海陆一体化进程不断加快,我国海洋经济发展的速度不断提升,但也不可避免地出现了海洋生态环境日益恶化的现象。文章分析了我国海洋经济发展现状以及海洋环境质量、近海区域生态系统现状,通过比对国内关于海洋经济发展与生态环境之间协调程度的研究成果,提出了在海陆一体化格局下我国海洋经济发展存在的问题,并分析了美国、日本等海洋强国在海洋经济发展过程中针对海洋生态环境保护方面的经验。综合我国海洋生态经济发展现状,提出我国促进海洋经济与生态环境协调发展的建议。With the step of the ocean and land integration increasing, the development of marine economy is accelerating constantly, but it causes a significant decline of the marine ecological environment unavoidably. The basic situation of marine economy, the quality of marine environment and the basic situation of ecological system in offshore area were analyzed in this research. Some problems in our marine economy development were proposed by comparing the research findings concerning coordinated development of marine ecological economy. The experience of marine ecologica｜ environment protection in development of marine economy in America and Japan are analyzed. According to the current situation of our marine ecological economy development, several suggestions were made to promote our coordinated development of marine ecological economy.
