玻璃体视网膜术治疗复杂性眼外伤患者的临床效果研究

摘　　要：目的研究治疗复杂性眼外伤患者时应用玻璃体视网膜术的临床效果。方法将我院2014年5月—2017年1月治疗的86例复杂性眼外伤患者随机分为观察组及对照组,每组各43例(观察组67眼,对照组64眼)。观察组应用玻璃体视网膜术,对照组应用常规手术,观察对比两组疗效。结果治疗后,观察组视力水平正常率、手术成功率高于且并发症发病率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论玻璃体视网膜术治疗复杂性眼外伤患者的疗效显著,成功率高,安全性好。Objective To study the clinical effect of vitreoretinal surgery in the treatment of complicated ocular trauma.Methods From May 2014 to January 2017,86 patients with complex ocular trauma in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group,43 patients in each group（67 eyes in observation group and 64 eyes in control group）.Observation group was treated with vitreoretinal surgery,control group received routine operation,curative effect of the two groups was observed and compared.Results After treatment,the visual acuity and the operation success rate of the observation group were higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Vitreoretinal surgery is effective in the treatment of complicated ocular trauma,with high success rate and good safety.
