摘  要:在经济全球化的推动下,企业在全球范围内开展国际业务已成大势所趋。然而企业跨国经营的失败率居高不下,主要源于企业不能妥善处理文化冲突。因此,中国企业在跨文化动态环境中的首要任务,是摸索出一套适合企业发展的文化融合模式,化解文化冲突。文化融合模式的内涵是基于两种异质文化共通点的基础上的有机结合,从而创造一种适合企业发展的新文化,即整合创新。而在文化融合的过程中,必须辅以恰当的跨文化管理策略。需通过识别文化差异、加强跨文化沟通、开展跨文化培训和建立共同价值观体系等一系列举措,充分发挥多元文化的潜能和优势,构建自身独特的企业文化。Under the impetus of the economic globalization,enterprises do international business around the world has represent the general trend.However,the failure rate always Stays at a high level,that is because of the inappropriate of dealing with the cultural conflict.Therefore,the primary task of china's enterprises is to explore a set of culture integration mode to resolve cultural conflict which is suitable for the development of enterprises in cross-cultural dynamic environment.The connotation of cultural integration mode is based on the dynamic combination of the common points of two different culture,thus,a kind of new culture which is suitable for enterprises arises,and this process is integration and innovation.In the process of cultural integration,cross-cultural management strategies are necessary.From the measures of identification on culture difference,strengthening cross-cultural communication,carrying out cross-cultural training and establishing a system of shared values,the top management can give full play to potential and advantages of culture,and finally establish enterprises' own unique culture.
