住院医师“分类分层”培训模式的初步构想

摘　　要：针对目前住院医师规范化培训存在的参培者构成多元而培训方式较单一、培训目标要求高而培训标准较笼统、培训需求多样而培训进阶较粗放等不足,提出以岗位胜任力为核心、以分类分层为路径、以模块化内容为手段的"分类分层"培训模式,以期为我国住院医师培训改革提供新思路。Aiming at shortages in resident standardization training：participants in training are diversity but training pattern is onedimensional,training objectives are high but training standards are relatively general,training needs are diversity but advanced training is more extensive,put forward＂classification layered＂training model idea with post competence as the core,with hierarchical classification as the path,the modular content as the means,so as to provide new ideas for the reform of standard training for resident doctors in China.
