摘  要:医学生临床技能的培训和考核是医学教育的重要内容。我院近年来应用SP/OSCE体系考核临床医学生,并逐步完善。实践证明,完善的SP/OSCE体系解决了考试资源不足的问题,增加了考试内容,提高了考试难度,以考促学,强化学生自主学习意识,促进学生对临床技能操作的不断熟练,能更全面、客观和精确一致地评估学生的临床技能。The clinical skills training and examination are an important content of medical education for medical students.We have examined the clinical students by applying some SP/OSCE assessment systems in recent years,and gradually improved.It is proved by practicing we found that perfect SP/OSCE systems solved the problems of testing insufficient resources,increased the exam contents,improved the difficulty of the examination,and to promote learning,to strengthen the awareness of students' autonomous learning,to promote the students' skills of clinical operation of skilled and gradually improve,they can be more comprehensive,objective and accurate to consistently evaluate students clinical skills.
