摘 要:目的:以消化内科为例探讨门诊教学对中医七年制临床能力提升的影响。方法:2010级中医七年制实习生42人,随机分为实验组(22人)及对照组(20人),对照组病房轮转8周,实验组病房轮转4周+门诊教学4周,结束后进行临床能力考核。结果:学生对于门诊教学满意度较高,实验组临床专业能力考核成绩明显提升。结论:门诊教学在临床教学中起重要作用,学生不论在自信心、主观能动性,还是在临床逻辑思维能力及操作技能均有极大的提升。Objective:To explore the improvement on clinical ability for Seven-Year TCM Students with ambulatory care teaching.Methods:42 Seven-Year TCM Students of the 2014 Class,were randomly divided into experimental group(n=22) and control group(n=20).The control group mainly stayed in ward for 8 weeks,but the experimental group with 4 weeks in ward and 4 weeks in outpatient for ambulatory care teaching based on the "EPITOMIZE" handbook.At the end of the internship,students of the two groups of clinical ability were be tested.Results:compared with the traditional ward teaching,Seven-Year TCM Students had a high degree of satisfaction to the outpatient teaching,and the clinical professional ability of the experimental group was significantly improved.Conclusion:ambulatory care teaching played an important role in clinical practice teaching in digestive department of internal medicine,and whether self-confidence,subjective initiative,or clinical logical thinking ability and clinical skills were greatly improved.
