摘　　要：笔者在美国Nebraska大学医学中心研修期间,通过实地观摩、会议研讨等学习形式,较为深入地认识了该校与外科教育密切相关的教学环节,包括外科学的"基石"课程解剖学的教学设计、模拟外科技术的运用和外科临床教学等。通过对以上研修内容的总结与思考,希望为从事外科教学工作的我国高校教师提供有益的借鉴。During the visit at Nebraska University Medical Center, the author has researched the procedure of American surgical education by seminars and teaching observations, including the teaching design of anatomy which is called the＂foundation＂ course in surgery, simulation of surgical technique and surgical clinical teaching in the affiliated hospital. Through the summary of the above research content, the author ho^s to provide a useful reference for the teaching of surgery in Chinese medical college teachers.
