摘  要:采用方剂计量指标体系对《温病条辨·上焦篇》方剂中药物进行量化统计,分析药物味数、药物频数、药物四气五味频次和频率、药物部位质地。《温病条辨·上焦篇》共58条条文,46首方剂,涉及风温、温热、温疫、温毒、冬温、暑温、伏暑、湿温、寒湿、温疟、秋燥等11个病名。根据方剂药物应用范围,符合标准的方剂共45首。其中,涉及100味药物,312药次,每药均使用次数为3.12次,使用次数较少,用药广泛;每方均味数约为6.933味,每方内药物较少,方药精小。吴鞠通《温病条辨》上焦温病用药规律:用药味少、气薄、性寒、质轻,如"羽"之轻清升浮之品,否则药过病所。The drugs in the Chapter of Upper Energizer of Systematic Differentiation of Warm Diseases were conducted qualification statistics by formula measuring index system. The number,use frequency,frequencies of four properties and five flavors,texture of different parts of the drugs were analyzed. In the chapter,there are 58 items and 46 formulas,involving 11 diseases names of wind warm,warm heat,pestilence,warm toxin,winter warm,summer warm,latent summer heat,damp warm,cold damp,warm malaria and autumn dryness. According to the applied range of the drugs in the formulas,there are 45 formulas accorded with the criteria,involving 100 different drugs,312 times of drug use and the times each drug applied is 3. 12. The use times of the drugs are low but the application of drugs is wide. Each formula includes about 6. 933 different drugs. The number of drugs included in each formula is low and the formula is precise. The rule of drug use of warm disease of the upper energizer in Systematic Differentiation of Warm Diseases is: only a few kinds of drugs,descending and astringing properties,cold nature,light weight,drugs with light,clear,lifting and floating nature.
