针刀操作的指法、刀法与心法

摘　　要：针刀临床常用指法:左手——定位指法,右手——持针刀指法。针刀临床常用刀法:慢刀法,快刀法,留刀法,摸索进刀法,颤动进刀法,密集刀法,单点分层扇形松解刀法,单点分层锥形松解刀法,十字切开刀法,撬拨刀法。针刀临床心法:修身法,治神法。目前,临床针刀实践过程中更多注重的是针刀刀法和手法的实际操作方法,而较少去关注针刀操作中针刀心法的培养。笔者认为不仅要注重针刀实践操作的方法的掌握,同时更要注重针刀心法的修行,正如《灵枢·九针十二原》云:"粗守形,上守神",心法是针刀治疗的较高境界,只有深入熟练的掌握好指法和刀法之后,才能到达"慧然独悟"和"昭然独明"的层次,进而研习心法,方能做到指法、刀法和心法相结合以达"针到病除"的神奇功效。The commonly applied fingerings in needle-knife manipulation include： left hand to locate fingering,right hand to hold the needle-knife. The commonly applied needle-knife manipulation methods： slow needling,rapid needling,retaining needling,groping entrance method,vibrating entrance method,intensive needling method,single-point layered fanshaped releasing needling,cross-incision needling,prizing and moving needling. The clinical mental cultivation methods： moral character cultivation and mind cultivation. At present,the needle-knife manipulation stresses more on the needling method and fingerings but lacks attention to the mental cultivation methods. The author of this article believes that practitioners should master both the manipulation and mental cultivation method. According to Spiritual Pivot, ＂ doctors with inferior skills only know the manipulation techniques but doctors with superior skills master the cultivation of the mind＂. Mental cultivation method is the relatively higher level of needle-knife manipulation. By studying the mental cultivation method,doctors can well combine fingering,needling method and mental cultivation method together to achieve the miracle efficacy of ＂ it taking effects as soon as the need-knife manipulation being applied＂.
