摘 要:采用一种基于"全析因设计的少量样本点计算+径向基函数响应面代理模型"的多学科设计优化策略和优化方法,在直升机RCS特性分析和直升机气动特性的基础上,考虑已有的总体性能分析方法,建立了一套总体/气动/隐身一体化综合设计方法。采用该方法应用到某算例直升机的总体/气动/隐身一体化优化设计中,优化后各项目标计算值和通过代理模型得到的拟合值误差都在1.5%范围内,理论计算结果与试验结果的趋势是一致的,说明建立的优化方法获得的结果可以满足工程实际应用的要求。This paper set a integration design and analysis method on general/aerodynamic/stealth characteristics for the helicopter based on the multi-discipline design optimization method,the base of RCS and aerodynamic characteristics analysis for the helicopter and the consideration of general performance analysis method. Using this method in the optimization design of the general/aerodynamic/stealth characteristics for the certain helicopter,the deviation in calculated target value and the fitted value was in the range of one point five percent. The trend of the theory results and the test results were consistent,which illustrate the results that the optimization method obtained could satisfy the requirements of the practical engineering application.
