摘　　要：目的探讨急性白血病病人外周血NK(CD3-CD16+CD56+)细胞检测的临床意义。方法用流式细胞术检测18例正常对照及54例急性白血病病人外周血NK细胞占淋巴细胞百分比,NK细胞膜活化性受体NKG2D和抑制性受体NKG2A及穿孔素、颗粒酶的表达。结果(1)白血病初治组NK细胞数量显著低于正常对照组(P<0.05),缓解组、复发组与正常对照组均无显著性差异(P>0.05);(2)初治组、复发组活化性受体NKG2D均显著低于正常对照组(P<0.05);初治组、缓解组、复发组抑制性受体NKG2A与正常对照组无显著性差异(P>0.05)。(3)初治组、复发组的穿孔素表达均显著低于正常对照(P<0.05)。结论 NK细胞数量减少及NKG2D、穿孔素表达减少可能与白血病病人发病及复发有关。Objective To explore The clinical significance of NK（CD3-CD16＋CD56＋） cell in peripheral blood of acute leukemia. Methods By flow cytometry,the percentage of NK cell in peripheral blood lymphocytes was detected in 54 acute leukemia and 18 healty adults . NK cell activation receptor （NKG2D）, inhibitory receptor （CD159）, perforin and granzyme of patients were also detected. Results （1）The percentage of NK cell in newly diagnosed acute leukemia patients was significantly lower than of normal controls（P〈0.05）. But it had no significant of the CR group and re- lapse group than that of normal controls（P〉0.05）. （2）The expression of NKG2D both in the newly diagnosed group and relapse group were significantly lower than that of normal controls（P〈0.05）. But the expression of NKG2A among the 3 groups had no significant than that of normal controls（P〉0. 05）. （3）The expression of perforin and granzyme both in the newly diagnosed group and relapsegroup significantly lower than that of normal controls（P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Perhaps,the lowered percentage of NK ,lowered expression of NKG2D and perforin had correlation with pathogenesy and relapse of acute leukemia
