复方三维B联合托烷司琼治疗化疗所致消化道反应的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察复方三维B+托烷司琼+苯海拉明+胃复安联合治疗化疗所致消化道反应的临床疗效。方法选取肿瘤化疗并出现消化道反应患者108例,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组给予复方三维B+托烷司琼+苯海拉明+胃复安,对照组给予托烷司琼+苯海拉明+胃复安,比较二组患者用药后的效果。结果服用药物组的患者,发生消化道反应的几率明显低于未服用药物的患者,二组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方三维B联合托烷司琼治疗化疗所致消化道反应疗效好。Objective To observe the clinical effect of the combination of compound trivitamin B ＋ tropisetron ＋ diphenhydramine＋ metoclopramide in treating the digestive tract reaction induced by chemotherapy.Methods Totally 106 cancer chemotherapy patients with digestive tract reaction were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was given compound trivitamin B ＋tropisetron ＋diphenhydramine＋ metoclopramide,the control group were given tropisetron ＋ diphenhydramine＋ metoclopramide.Compare the clinical efficacy between the two groups.Results The digestive tract reaction rate and degree of occurrence of treatment group was significantly lower than the control group,there was statistically difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The combination of compound trivitamin B and tropisetron can effectively treat the digestive tract reaction induced by chemotherapy.
