摘　　要：目的探讨丝氨酸/苏氨酸激酶15(STK15)与信号转导转录激活因子3(STAT3)在胃癌中的表达及意义并进行二者相关性分析。方法纳入该院2015年1月—2016年1月确诊为胃癌的患者52例,应用免疫组织化学染色的方法检测STK15和STAT3在胃癌及正常胃黏膜组织中的表达,检测STK15和STAT3表达与胃癌临床病理参数的关系,并分析二者的相关性。结果胃癌组织中STK15与STAT3表达阳性表达率均高于正常胃黏膜组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);胃癌组织中二者的阳性表达与淋巴结转移、TNM分期、分化程度有关(P<0.05);STK15与STAT3在胃癌中的表达呈正相关(r=0.473,P<0.05)。结论 STK15和STAT3在胃癌发生发展中起可能发挥作用,为胃癌的预后评估提供理论依据。Objective To investigate the expression of serine/threonine kinase 15 and signal transducers and activator of transcription factor 3 in gastric cancer and the correlation between the two.Methods We choose 52 patients diagnosed with gastric cancer from author＇s hospital from January 2015 to January 2016.The im- munohistochemical staining method was used to detect the expression of serine/threonine kinase 15 and signal transducers and activator of transcription factor 3 in gastric cancer and adjacent normal tissues, expression and survival situation of gastric cancer metastasis and non- metastasis patients signal transducers activator.Re- suits The positive expression of STK15 and STAT3 in gastric cancer was significantly higher than that in normal gastric mucosal tissue, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.01） ;the positive expression of STK15 and STAT3 in gastric cancer was significantly associated with the pathology classification,qymphatic invasion and TNM stage （ P〈0.05）.The expression of STK15was positively correlated with the expression of STAT3（r =0.473,P〈0.05}.Conclusion STK15 and STAT3 may play a role in the development of gastric cancer,it has value to combined STK15 and STAT3 in diagnose and therapy of gastric cancer.
