摘 要:人机界面是连接操作人员与受控设备的中介工具,在港口、矿山、冶金、电力等行业应用广泛。目前公司人机控制界面都仅局限在"一控一+近现场"控制模式,即一套人机界面系统依托一套物理主机仅在近现场实施运行控制。经过改造,公司建立了一套集中分布式服务器-客户端架构,实现了"一控多+远程"控制模式,极大提高了运行效率,节约了人员成本,对散货码头装卸设备控制具有借鉴意义。Man-machine interface is an intermediate tool connecting operator and controlled equipment, which is widely used in industry such as port, mining, metallurgy and electric power. At present, man-machine control interface of the company is limited to the "one to one + control near field" mode, namely, a man-machine interface system relying on one set of physical host to control operations only near field. After that, the transformed centralized-distributed server- client architecture works in "one to more + remote control" mode, significantly improving operating efficiency, saving personnel costs, and providing reference for controlling handling equipment in bulk cargo terminal.
