摘　　要：肝细胞癌发病率高、死亡率高,治疗十分复杂。本文介绍了肝细胞癌现有的治疗方法及其适应证和禁忌证,分析了临床应用不同治疗方法的优势和局限,为肝细胞癌治疗的研究提供参考。Hepatocellular carcinoma（HCC） is a common cancer with high incidence and mortality worldwide. Local advance or distant metastasis of HCC results in difficult treatment and poor prognosis. This article reviews the current treatments of HCC and their indications and contraindications, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of different treatment methods, which may provide evidences for clinical practive.
