摘　　要：目的:探讨泪道阻塞患者使用一次性泪道再通管(RS型)的治疗效果。方法:选择2015年1月—2016年2月收治的慢性泪囊炎、鼻泪管阻塞患者30例作为观察组,另选择体检的健康志愿者28例作为对照组。观察组使用一次性泪道再通管手术治疗,并评估手术效果及治疗前、术后1个月、拔管后的泪膜破裂时间、眼表改变评分,比较两组患者的泪液SP含量。结果:观察组治疗的总有效率为93.33%(28/30)。观察组治疗前、术后1个月、拔管后的泪膜破裂时间、眼表改变评分对比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组在治疗前泪液SP含量显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后1个月泪液SP含量明显升高,而拔管后SP含量显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:使用一次性泪道再通管(RS型)治疗泪道阻塞,可提高泪道阻塞成形术的成功率,改善生活质量,提高患者的预后。Objective：To investigate the application of disposable lacrimal duct obstruction patients with lacrimal tube recanalization（RS） treatment.Methods：Selection of ophthalmology in our hospital treated during January 2015 to February 2016 in the chronic dacryocystitis and nasolacrimal duct obstruction in 30 cases in the treatment group,and another 28 healthy volunteers were selected as control group.The patients in the treatment group were given disposable lacrimal tube recanalization surgery,and to evaluate the effect of surgery,and before treatment,1 months after the surgery,extubation after the breakup time of tear film and ocular surface changes were compared between the two groups after SP content.Results：The total effective rate of treatment group was 93.33%（28/30）.The patients in the treatment group before treatment,1 months after the surgery,extubation after the breakup time of tear film and ocular surface changes were compared,had no statistical significance（P0.05）.Patients in the treatment group before treatment SP content tear was significantly lower than the control group,with statistical significance（P0.05）,the treatment group after 1 tear SP content significantly increased,while the content of SP after extubation significantly reduce（P0.05）.Conclusion：The disposable lacrimal tube recanalization（RS） treatment of lacrimal duct obstruction,can improve the success rate of lacrimal duct plasty surgery obstruction,improve their quality of life,improve the prognosis of patients.
