摘　　要：目的总结近几年银杏内酯B(Ginkgolide B,GB)在治疗恶性肿瘤方面的研究进展。方法对于国内外有关银杏内酯B用于治疗恶性肿瘤的相关文献进行汇总整理及分析研究。结果银杏内酯B可以通过多种通路有效抑制卵巢癌、膀胱癌等多种恶性肿瘤细胞的生长增殖。结论银杏内酯B在治疗肿瘤疾病方面有很好的研究及应用前景。Objective The research progress of Ginkgolide B in the treatment of malignant tumor in recent years was summarized. Method The related literatures about Ginkgolides B used in the treatment of malignant tumors at home and abroad were summarized and analyzed.Result Ginkgolide B can effectively inhibit the growth and proliferation of ovarian cancer,bladder cancer and other malignant tumor cells through a variety of pathways. Conclusion Ginkgolide B has a good research and application prospect in the treatment of tumor diseases.
