摘　　要：远洋航海职业的特殊性,给长年生活和工作在海洋上的船员心理健康带来许多不良因素。本文根据SCL-90总分与各因子分比较结果,从国际船员特殊的工作环境、特殊的工作压力、特殊的人际关系和特殊的社会环境四个方面,分析了影响船员心理健康的四大主要因素。The particular pelagic sailing career brought much negative influence on mental health of the seafarers who live and work for a long time at sea. According to the comparison between SCL-90 general score and each factor score, this article analyses the four main factors affecting the mental health of the seafarers from the four aspects of the special working environment,the special work pressure,the special relationships and the special social environment.
