扎根理论范式下社区居民对喀什老城区旅游开发的感知研究

摘　　要：喀什古城的改造和旅游开发引起社会各界的普遍关注。在扎根理论的指导下,通过到喀什的考察调研,采取焦点小组访谈的形式,获得社区居民对喀什古城改造和旅游开发方面的感知资料,通过Nvivo8.0软件,采用"不断比较的方法"完成开放式编码、主轴式编码和选择式编码。在此基础上进行深入分析得出:喀什社区居民对喀什古城旅游开发的感知集中在经济影响、社会环境、传统文化特色、政府行为、宗教影响五个方面;社区居民对喀什老城区的旅游开发持积极的肯定态度;社区居民认为喀什古城旅游经营管理和利益分配有待提高和完善;社区居民对喀什古城旅游开发有一些期待。The transformation and tourism development of the old town of Kashgar has already drawn common concern of various circles of society.With the guidance of grounded theory and adopting focus groups as basic method ,we obtain original resources about Residents＇Perception on tourism development of the old town of Kashgar.With the help of Nvivo 8.0 managing and coding the original resources,which includes open coding, axial coding, selective coding,then further and deeper analysis, the paper concludes： Residents＇Perception on tourism development of the old town of Kashgar focus on economic development,social environment, traditional cultural features, government actions, religion influences;the attitude of the residents toward the development of tourism is positive and enthusiastic; The local residents believe the tourism of Kashgar ancient city should be to improve and optimize in business administration and benefit distribution;there are some expectation for residents to the future of tourism development.
