摘  要:为了快速测定烟叶的保润性能,以烟叶的平衡失水率作为烟叶保润性能的评价指标,建立了烟叶保润性能近红外(NIR)光谱模型。烟叶保润性能的测定条件为温度22℃,相对湿度变化范围60%~30%。结果表明:(1)模型的最佳光谱预处理方法为矢量归一化法,最佳波长区间为7 502.0~4 246.7 cm^(-1);模型的交互验证均方差(RMSECV)和相关系数分别为0.256和0.928 1。(2)对模型进行外部验证,预测值与真实值的绝对偏差平均值和相对偏差平均值分别为0.15百分点和1.80%。模型的整体预测效果较好,可用来快速有效地测定烟叶的保润性能。For rapidly determining the moisture retention of tobacco leaf, a near infrared(NIR)model for moisture retention of tobacco leaf was developed by using equilibrium moisture desorption rate of tobacco leaf as an evaluation index. The temperature and humidity range for determining the moisture retention were 22℃ and 60%-30%, respectively. The results showed that:1)The optimal spectral pretreatment method for the model was vector normalization, and the optimal wavelength range was 7 502.0-4 246.7 cm-1. The RMSECV and correlation coefficient of the model were 0.256 and 0.928 1, respectively. 2) The external validation of the model was conducted, the average absolute deviation and the average relative deviation of true values and predicted values were 0.15 percentage point and 1.80%, respectively. This model can quickly and effectively measure the moisture retention of tobacco leaf with good prediction effect.
