摘　　要：本文报道1例口底癌同期并食道癌的多原发癌病例,并通过文献复习,阐述其患病率、部位、诊治要点及预后特点,以期提高对多原发癌的认识和警惕,做到早发现、早诊断并积极治疗,从而延长患者生存期,改善预后。This study presents a case of synchronous multiple primary cancers involving floor of mouth carcinoma with esophageal carcinoma. Literature was reviewed to summarize the incidence, location, diagnosis, treatment characteristics, and prognosis to improve understanding and awareness of the multiple primary cancer. As a result, early discovery, early diagnosis, and effective treatment can help prolong survival and improve the quality of life of patients.
