摘 要:学生的实践能力是应用型高校人才培养质量的重要考察指标.对江苏省6所独立学院开展实证研究发现,总体而言,独立学院学生的实践意愿较高、实践技能较弱.本科生个人背景变量(母体学校类别、性别、年级、学科)对学生实践能力存在显著性影响.上课、学术活动会对学生的实践能力产生显著正向影响,与网络、电子游戏等相关经历会产生显著负向影响,带薪兼职也会产生负向影响.基于上述发现,笔者从正确处理与母体学校关系、端正教师与学生对实践能力的认识、基于学生组织开展相关补充课程等3个方面,提出提高独立学院学生实践能力的若干建议.The practical ability of independent college students is an important indicator of the quality of talents training in applied universities. Through the survey of six independent colleges in the Jiang Su Province,we found that the practical ability of independent college students can be divided into two dimensions: practical intention and practical skill,under the viewof knowledge transformation. On the whole,the students' practical intention of independent college students is high,and the level of practical skills is low. Undergraduate background variables,such us(gender,grade,subject) and weekly time allocation have a significant impact on students' practical ability. Based on the above research conclusion,we proposed some suggestions for improving students practical ability in independent college from three aspects. First, promoting the rationalization of the relationship with parent school,Second,correcting teachers and students' understanding of the practical ability. Third,carrying out relevant supplementary courses based on the student organization.
