摘　　要：目的探讨Slug与KISS-1在肝细胞癌组织中表达与意义。方法采用qRT-PCR与免疫组织化学法检测肝细胞癌组织和正常肝脏组织中Slug与KISS-1的mRNA及蛋白水平的表达。结果肝细胞癌组织中Slug mRNA表达明显高于正常肝脏组织,而肝细胞癌组织中KISS-1 mRNA表达明显低于正常肝脏组织(均P<0.05);肝细胞癌组织中Slug蛋白阳性率高于正常组织,而KISS-1蛋白阳性率低于正常组织(均P<0.05);且两者表达呈负相关(r=-0.877,P<0.05)。结论 Slug与KISS-1在肝细胞癌中的表达呈负相关,二者在肝细胞癌发生发展、侵袭转移过程中可能存在拮抗作用。Objective To investigate the expression and its significance of Slug and KISS-1 in hepatocellular carcinomas. Methods qRT-PCR and immunohistochemistry were used to detect the mRNA and protein expression of Slug and KISS-1 in the cancer tissues from hepatocellular carcinomas and normal tissues. Results The expression of Slug mRNA in hepatocellular carcinoma was higher than that in normal liver tissues. However, the expression of KISS-1 mRNA in hepatocellular carcinoma was lower than that in normal liver tissues（all P 〈 0.05）. The positive rate of Slug protein was significantly higher in the cancer tissues than that in normal tissues, but the positive rate of KISS-1 protein was significantly lower in cancer tissues than that in normal tissues （ all P 〈 0. 05 ）. There was a negative correlation between the two expressions （r = - 0. 877, P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The expression of Slug was negative correlation to KISS-1 in hepatocellular carcinomas, and they might play antagonistic action in the process of development and metastasis of hepatocellular carcinomas.
