云南汉族、彝族男性人群MAOA-μVNTR基因多态性

摘　　要：目的探讨云南汉族、彝族人群MAOA-μVNTR基因的多态性。方法以云南地区1 022名男性个体为研究对象(汉族681例和彝族341例),应用荧光标记引物结合毛细管电泳分型技术基因分型检测。结果MAOA-μVNTR基因在云南汉族和彝族中均只观察到基因分型3R和4R,其中云南汉族3R基因频率为0.548,4R为0.452;云南彝族3R基因频率为0.478,4R为0.522。云南汉族和彝族人群中的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。云南汉族与中国北方汉族人群、高加索人群之间分布均有差异(P<0.012 5),而与日本人群之间分布没有差异(P>0.012 5);云南彝族与中国北方汉族人群、高加索人群之间分布均有差异(P<0.012 5),而与日本人群之间分布没有差异(P>0.012 5)。结论云南汉族、彝族人群MAOA-μVNTR基因具有多态性。Objective To study the genetic polymorphism of MAOA-μVNTR in Chinese Han and Yi Popu- lation in Yunnan province. Methods A total of 1022 male subjects were from Yunnan province,including 681 eases of Han and 341 cases of Yi people. All the samples were detected Using automatic typing method of fluorescent labeled primers combined with capillary electrophoresis. Results The genotypes had 3R and 4R in Yunnan Han and Yi people,and the allele gene frequency of MAOA-μVNTR gene of 3R were 0. 548, and that of 4R were 0. 452 in Yunnan Han people. Meanwhile, that of 3R were 0. 478, and 4R were 0. 522 in Yunnan Yi people. The distributions of genotypes in MAOA-μVNTR locus had significant ethnic differ- ences （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The MAOA-μVNTR gene and allele distribution in Yunnan Han Population are significantly different from North Chinese Han Population and Caucasian（P 〈 0. 012 5 ） ,but it was similar Japanese（P 〉 0.012 5）. Yunnan Yi Population are significantly different from North Chinese Han Population, Caucasian （ P 〈 0.012 5 ）, but similar to Japanese （ P 〉 0. 012 5 ）. Conclusion MAOA-μVNTR gene show polymor- phisms in among Han and Yi population of Yunnan province.
