摘 要:试验旨在研究一种新型的饲料专用低温淀粉酶对蛋鸡生产性能的影响。选取435日龄海兰褐蛋鸡4800只。采用随机分组方式分成试验组和对照组,每组4个重复,每个重复600只鸡,试验期41d。试验期间,试验组日粮在对照组日粮的基础上添加低温淀粉酶300g/t。结果表明:试验组蛋鸡平均日采食量比对照组降低1.11%(P〉0.05),平均日产蛋量比对照组提高2.20%(P〈0.05),平均产蛋率比对照组提高2.36%(P〈0.05);料蛋比比对照组降低0.073,降低了3.49%。经济效益分析表明,日粮中添加低温淀粉酶饲养41d,试验组比对照组多盈利0.29元/只。以上结果说明。在日粮中添加低温淀粉酶能够改善蛋鸡的生产性能。This experiment was conducted to study the effects of one new-type feed cold- active amylase on the production performance of laying hens. 4800 Hyline Brown laying hens at 435d were randomly divided into expermental group and control group, each group had 4 replicates with 600 hens per replicate. The experiment was lasted for 41 days. The experimental group was given cold-active amylase 300g/t in the diet based on the control. The results showed that the av- erage daily feed intake of the expermental group was decreased by 1.11%(P〉0.05) than that of the control group, the average daily egg production of the expermental group was improved by 2.20% (P〈0.05) than that of the control group,the average laying rate of the expermental group was increased by 2.36% (P 〈0.05 ) than that of the control group;the feed egg ratio was lower 0.073 and reduced by 3.49% than that of the control group. Economic benefit analysis showed that each laying hens in the expermental group could earn 0.29 Yuan RMB more than the control group. The experiment results showed that dietary cold-active amylase could improve the produc- tion performance of laying hens.
