摘　　要：文章构建了基于信息过滤的网络危机信息收集模型和基于案例推理的企业危机预警模型,据此运用信息过滤技术对危机成因征兆信息进行收集,以解决信息过滤涉及的文档表示问题、信息匹配问题和信息反馈问题,并运用基于案例推理的方法实施危机预警,进而提出了前阶段危机信息管理方案,为企业信号侦测和危机防范提供方案支持。This paper constructs a network crisis information collection model based on information filtering and an enterprise crisis early-warning model based on case reasoning, and employs information filtering technology to collect crisis causes and symptoms information, thus solving such problems related to information filtering as document representation, information match and information feedback. The paper also utilizes the method of case-based reasoning to implement crisis early-warning, and puts forward a pre-stage crisis information management plan, which provides program support for enterprise signal detection and crisis prevention.
