摘　　要：新疆的问题最难最长远的还是民族团结问题,民族团结的难点和重点在农村。因此,亟需把农村单一、质朴、熟知和自在的民族团结感提升为丰富、辩证、真知和自为的民族团结文化自觉。民族团结文化凝结在物质文化、政治文化、社会文化、民族文化、宗教文化等复杂问题之中,新疆正处于社会转型期,推进新疆治理体系和治理能力现代化,促进民族地区农村的跨越式发展、经济发展和民生改善能够为培育民族团结文化创造积极条件。本文基于案列分析,尝试阐述当今一段时期内通过推进新疆民族地区农村治理现代化,培育民族团结文化的紧迫性、重要性和有效性。the most long-term problem in Xinjiang is national unity,and the difficulty and focus of national unity are in the countryside.Xinjiang is in a period of great social transformation,and in essence,the issue of national unity is a concentrated expression of the complex problems of economy,politics,society,culture,nationality and religion during the period of transition.To do a good job of national unity requires that we promote the modernization of the governance system and governance capability of Xinjiang,and promote the leapfrog development of rural areas,economic development and improvement of people＇s livelihood in ethnic areas.At the same time,to create national unity and cultural cognition and practice environment,so that people of all nationalities in the practice of identity cognition,national unity and culture,make it become stable and universal social values,the rural single,simple,familiar and comfortable to enhance the sense of national unity for the rich,dialectical,knowledge and self for national unity cultural consciousness.Based on the case column analysis,this paper tries to explain the urgency,importance and effectiveness of fostering the national unity culture by promoting the modernization of rural governance in ethnic areas in a period of time.
