摘 要:阀前补偿负载敏感系统在流量饱和状态下,无法按各执行机构多路阀节流阀口开度成比例的分配流量,进而严重影响执行机构复合动作协调性,基于此,提出了一种基于流量计算的方法,用于实现系统的抗流量饱和。在此基础上,建立了抗流量饱和AMESim模型,并进行仿真研究。结果表明,阀前补偿负载敏感系统采用流量计算法后,在流量饱和时能按各执行机构多路阀节流阀口开度之比进行流量分配,保证了复合动作的协调性,为解决实际阀前补偿负载敏感系统的流量饱和问题提供理论参考。With the pre-valve compensation, the load-sensitive system is not able to distribute the flow proportional- ly according to the throttle-opening of the multi-way valve of every actuator in the case of flow-saturation, which af- fects the coordination of the actuator's compound action seriously. So a method is proposed to achieve the anti-flow- saturation of the system by flow calculation. On this basis, the load-sensitive (LS) anti-flow-saturation model of is built in the AMESim. The conclusion of the simulation shows that when it adopts flow calculation, the pre-valve compensation load-sensitive system can distribute the flow proportionally according to the throttle-opening of the multi-way valve of every actuator in the case of flow-saturation, so that the coordination of the compound action is guaranteed. It can provide theoretical reference for solving the practical problem of flow saturation of the pre-valve compensation load-sensitive system.
